Extract Pages creates a new PDF from specific pages of your document. Enter the page numbers you want (e.g. 1,3,5), and the tool builds a new PDF containing only those pages. The extraction runs locally — your original file is never uploaded.
How it works
How to use Extract Pages
- 1Drop your PDF. Drag and drop a PDF file, or click to choose one.
- 2Enter page numbers. Specify which pages to extract, separated by commas (e.g. 1,3,5-7). Page numbering starts at 1.
- 3Click Run Extract Pages. The tool copies the specified pages into a new PDF using pdf-lib.
- 4Download the extracted PDF. The new PDF containing only your selected pages is offered as a download.

Frequently asked questions
How do I specify pages?
Use comma-separated page numbers and ranges. Examples: "1,3,5" extracts pages 1, 3, and 5. "1-3,7" extracts pages 1, 2, 3, and 7.
Does this modify my original PDF?
No. The original is read only. A new PDF is created with just the extracted pages.
What is the difference between Extract and Remove?
Extract Pages keeps the pages you specify. Remove Pages deletes the pages you specify and keeps the rest.
Are bookmarks preserved?
Page content is preserved. Bookmarks (outlines) are not carried into the extracted PDF.
